  • We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused during transit by the courier.


5. Returns and Refunds

  • Under UK Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to return any goods purchased within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@gallantpackaging.com.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item(s). The original delivery charge is non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
